2019 (Columbus): Luis Argudo made 21 regular-season appearances (four starts as a right midfielder, five starts as a left midfielder, one start as a right winger) in 2019, while scoring one goal and providing three assits. He made his 2019 Crew SC debut when he came in as a substitute for Artur in the 65th minute during a road contest against the Philadelphia Union (March 23). He made a substitute appearance in the 81st minute during a road contest against the Houston Dynamo (April 27), coming into the match for Ricardo Clark. Argudo made a substitute appearance in the 75th minute during a road contest against D.C. Unites (May 4), coming into the match for Hector Jimenez. He made a substitute appearance in the 87th minute during a road contest against Minnesota United FC (May 18) coming in for David Accam and made another substitute appearance for Robinho in the 63rd minute during a home contest against New York City FC (June 1). Argudo made a substitute appearance in a road contest against the Vancouver Whitecaps (September 21). He made two appearances (one start) in the 2019 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, making a substitute appearance against Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC (June 11) and starting against Atlanta United (June 18). 2018 (Columbus): Luis Argudo made 18 regular-season appearances (two starts as a central attacking midfielder and four starts as a left midfielder) for Crew SC this season. He made substitute appearances on the road against Toronto FC (March 3), at home against the Montreal Impact (March 10) and on the road against the Philadelphia Union (March 17). Against Vancouver Whitecaps FC (March 31), Argudo returned to the pitch in a substitute appearance, coming in for Cristian Martinez. Argudo did not make an appearance in matches from a road match against the Chicago Fire (April 7) to a road match against D.C. United (April 14) after being listed as out with a left knee injury. He missed a home contest against the New England Revolution (April 21) after being listed as questionable with a left knee injury. Argudo made his first start of the season in a home match against the Philadelphia Union (May 9) as a central attacking midfielder, and he returned to the starting lineup in a road match against the New England Revolution (May 19) as a left midfielder. He came on a substitute for Cristian Martinez in the 64th minute of a home match against Atlanta United FC (June 13). Argudo returned to the starting lineup in consecutive matches from a road match against Los Angeles FC (June 23) to a road match against the LA Galaxy (July 7). In that span, he also made a substitute appearance in an international friendly at home against Costa Rican side Deportivo Saprissa (July 3). COLLEGE CAREER
Argudo played two seasons at Wake Forest University from 2016-2017, making 48 appearances (40 starts), while registering nine goals and 10 assists. In 2016, his first year at Wake Forest, Argudo made 25 appearances (17 starts) and tallied one goal and four assists. In 2017, his senior year, he made 23 appearances (all starts), scoring eight goals and six assists en route to being named to the 2017 All-South Region team. Prior to joining Wake Forest, Argudo attended Elon University Phoenix from 2014-2015, where he made 39 appearances (29 starts) and recorded one goal and three assists. During his freshman year, Argudo made 18 appearances (10 starts), scoring one goal and notching one assist. He followed that up by making 21 appearances (19 starts) in 2015, recording two assists.

Argudo is the son of Luis and Marcela. He has an older brother and an older sister. In his free time, Argudo likes to do things with his friends and playing the FIFA video game series. His favorite dish is the Bandeja Paisa, a Colombian dish. Argudo loves rock music and cites Foo Fighters and the Red Hot Chili Peppers as his favorite bands. His favorite movie is Guardians of the Galaxy and his favorite TV show is The Office. Growing up, he supported FC Barcelona and looked up to Spanish midfielder Andres Iniesta. If he could go anywhere in the world he would go to Greece. Argudo speaks Spanish and English.
