The 2018 season presented a number of firsts for Columbus Crew SC, including Gyasi Zardes' first professional career hat trick and Wil Trapp's first goal at MAPFRE Stadium.
The year also presented a second first-impression for Black & Gold supporters with the reintroduction of midfielder Justin Meram during the Club's 1-0 win over the Houston Dynamo on Aug. 11 at MAPFRE Stadium.
The appearance marked Meram's 205th MLS regular-season appearance.
And three games later, Meram tallied his first goal back with Crew SC in game-winning fashion.
