The Columbus Crew is dedicated to championing youth soccer and education for all. Our mission is to inspire the next generation to attend school, set goals, and achieve success both on and off the field, all while fostering a lifelong connection to the Crew. Through this commitment, we proudly support non-profit organizations working to create positive change for youth in Central Ohio.
As part of our dedication to the community, we provide donations of Crew memorabilia, such as autographed balls, jerseys, Mascot visits, and other items, to assist non-profit organizations in their fundraising efforts. Please note that due to the high volume of requests, ticket donations are not available.
To ensure fairness and efficiency, all requests must adhere to the guidelines below to be eligible for a donation:
Eligibility Requirements:
- Organizations must have a valid 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. A Tax-Exempt ID number is required when submitting a request. Third-party requests will not be accepted.
- Priority is given to organizations and events located within Central Ohio. Requests from outside Ohio will not be fulfilled.
- Donations must be used exclusively for fundraising purposes (e.g., auctions, raffles). They cannot be used as door prizes, giveaways, volunteer recognition, gifts, or incentives.
- The Columbus Crew is proud to contribute to meaningful initiatives aligned with our mission to advance youth soccer and education. While we strive to support as many organizations as possible, donations are subject to availability and alignment with our community goals.
Submission Guidelines:
- Requests must be submitted at least six (6) weeks prior to the event date.
- Each organization is eligible for one (1) donation per calendar year.
- Requests for individual fundraisers, national campaigns, political organizations, religious groups, or labor groups will not be considered.
- Donation requests must be submitted via the online form. Requests made via email, mail, fax, or phone will not be accepted.
Additional Considerations:
- Monetary sponsorships are not provided.
- The Crew does not donate to campaigns as we work directly with these organizations.
- Donation items must be picked up from the Crew's office.
- Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. We do not accept calls or emails regarding the status of a particular request. If your request is approved, you will be contacted by a member of our team.
Important Note: Events should not rely solely on a donation from the Crew to ensure their success. Donations are intended to complement existing fundraising efforts, not serve as the primary source of support.
