The best ways to get to Lower.com Field
Whether you plan to arrive at Lower.com Field by car, bus, bike, rideshare, scooter or just want to know your way around the Crew’s new downtown home, fans will have multiple options.
For drivers, there are 10 general and six premium parking options located around Lower.com Field and throughout the Arena District.
Regardless if you’re driving south down Neil Ave. or westbound on Nationwide Blvd. or Spring St., drivers will see several garages available as parking options. Click here for a full map of the 16 available parking areas.
The Crew recommends that anyone driving should reserve their parking pass ahead of time, which is easy to do by clicking here.
For those using rideshare options like Lyft or Uber, note that both drop-off and pick-up is located on Hanover Street., just south of Nationwide Boulevard.
For bikers, walkers or someone riding a scooter to Lower.com Field, note that there’s a new pedestrian bridge over the Olentangy River that is directly accessible from the Olentangy Trail, allowing fans to access the stadium from the west or east via W. Nationwide Blvd.

How do I enter Lower.com Field
The easiest place to access your mobile tickets is through the official Columbus Crew app.
Once you’ve downloaded the app through the App Store or Google Play Store, log into your Account Manager to access your season tickets, single-game tickets, or group tickets.
Fans are encouraged to add their match tickets to their phone’s Mobile Wallet before arriving at the match.
Single-match buyers purchasing online via Ticketmaster.com will have tickets delivered and will enter via their mobile device.
Lower.com Field and entry into the stadium is designed for a smooth and swift entrance and exit from the venue. There are new Axess turnstiles and new Evolv security scanners, making it easier for fans to quickly get to their seats or visit one of the numerous concessions options.
Where do I buy Crew gear at Lower.com Field
Supporters can purchase Black & Gold gear inside the Club’s official team store located in the southwest corner of Lower.com Field.

What is the seating like at Lower.com Field
For those interested in tickets in the Nordecke, they’ll be in one of the league’s largest standing supporters’ sections, where the rows are built at a 34-degree angle to keep fans close to the field and build a large yellow wall in the northern end of the stadium.
But for everyone else, every seat has a back and is located covered from the elements under a roof.
Every seat in the stadium has a full vantage point of the field, and there is free stadium WiFi available for all attendees.

The Crew’s second soccer-specific stadium isn’t just a home for the Black & Gold to compete for trophies – it’s a world-class soccer cathedral.
Before stepping foot in the stadium, here are a few facts you might want to know:
- As mentioned above, the Nordecke is one of the largest safe-standing supporter sections in MLS. In addition to its size, there’s a 5,600-ft outdoor beer garden on the main section directly behind the section.
- There are 34 suites and five premium clubs inside the stadium. The suites sit 10 feet closer to the pitch and offer an enhanced vantage point. In addition to the lounge spaces that many of these clubs offer, all seats in Lower.com Field are closer to the field, making supporters feel like they’re on top of the action happening on the pitch.
- There are also several plazas that fans will have an interest in. The AEP Plaza on the southeast side of the stadium is open to the public and can be used for hosting events. The northwest end is the home of the Ring of Honor and also the official Nordecke entry point.
