Crystal Palace FC is slated to play the Black & Gold at Crew Stadium on Wednesday, July 23. It's the 10th English opponent to face the Crew, which is 3-4-2 all-time in such contests.

The Crew hosted current Crystal Palace FC manager Tony Pulis' Stoke City side on July 24, 2012. Jonathan Walters opened the scoring for the Potters, but Aaron Horton equalized in the 71st minute and Ben Speas won the match for the Black & Gold 16 minutes later.
