Tan, Purple, Orange and Burke Lakefront Parking Passholders:
Road closures will be in effect as early as 1:30 PM. Follow orange ‘Detour’ signage to access Marginal Road and arrive at your parking lot location. For directions, click here >

WALKING, RIDESHARE & RTA INFORMATION
Walking:
When walking from downtown, you can only access the stadium via West 3rd or East 9th streets.
Rideshare:
If using a rideshare service, get dropped off and picked up on Lakeside Avenue between East 9th and West 3rd streets.
RTA at Tower City:

ENTRY AND PITCH SEAT WRISTBAND INFORMATION
This is a mobile ticket event only. Re-entry into the stadium is prohibited.
General Ticketholders:

SERVPRO / Cleveland Club / Kardiac / TCP / Draft Room Club Ticketholders:
Fans who have tickets granting them access to SERVPRO, Cleveland, Kardiac, TCP, or Draft Room Clubs can enter through any main gate.
All clubs will open at 2:30 PM and will close one (1) hour after the game concludes. Club ticketholders will receive their wristband upon entry to the club, not outside the gates.
SERVPRO CLUB
- At Section 102, enter the 7Up City Club lobby
- Show your ticket to our Guest Services Ambassador to receive your wristband
TCP CLUB
- Head towards the Northwest home team tunnel
- Show your ticket to our Guest Services Ambassador to receive your wristband
CLEVELAND CLUB
- At Section 108/109 on the main concourse, enter the Cleveland Club lobby
- Show your ticket to our Guest Services Ambassador to receive your wristband
DRAFT ROOM CLUB
- At Section 137/138, enter the Northwest Elevator Lobby
- Show your ticket to our Guest Services Ambassador to receive your wristband
KARDIAC CLUB
- Take the Northeast or Southeast ramps to level 2
- Enter the Club, located behind the Southeast endline
- Show your ticket to our Guest Services Ambassador
Pitch Seat Ticketholders:
Pitch Seat ticketholders can enter through any main gate. For the easiest access to your wristband pick-up location, we suggest entering through the gates at the top of the Grand Staircase on the North Side of the stadium. Pitch Seat ticketholders must pick up their wristbands at the top of the Grand Staircase on the North Side of the stadium after scanning their tickets.

Mobility Assistance Team members will be available at each stadium entry point.
ADA relocations are limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Available relocations will allow the 1 guest and 1 companion.
Guests can visit the guest services booth on the level they are ticketed to request an ADA relocation. Guest services booths can be found near the below sections: 102, 136, 323, 509, 533
