Extended return/exchange policy - Any qualifying item purchased 11/28 through 12/30 is able to be returned or exchanged through 01/31/2026. Items must be unworn/unwashed, have original tags along with receipt present. Sale/discounted items and custom jerseys are not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased from MLSStore.com are not able to be returned or exchanged at the Crew Shop at ScottsMiracle-Gro Field.
Matchday Hours of Operation (ticketed guests only)
- 2.5 hours prior to kickoff until 1 hour post match at the Chase Plaza.
- Visit Satellite locations in the Huntington Field Club, NetJets Suite Level, and Main Concourse sections 101, 114, 122 and the Biergarten in the Nordecke.
Street parking for the team store on non-matchdays is located on Nationwide Blvd in Parking Zone 45007 on the Park Columbus App. Adjacent to ScottsMiracle-Gro Field.
